Registration is only for those who will deliver a presentation either on Day 1, 2, or 3 and those who will join the conference hall at Hotel Pokhara Grande on Days 1 – 3. The registration fee includes three-day lunches and tea breaks for all three days, access to all sessions at the hall in person, the right to a presentation at the hall in person, and the e-abstract volume.
Pokhara Metropolitan City is planning to offer a gala dinner.
Travel grants
Travel grants are offered to some international early-career scientists (graduate students and non-paid post-doc fellows). The grants support some presenters in different categories: (1) international air tickets (direct segment by Nepal Airlines only)100% or 50% ; (2) accommodations in Pokhara during the conference; or (3) domestic bus transportation between KTM and Pokhara. International early-career scientists may apply for the grants. Application through NTB (sdahal@ntb.org.np) must be received by 15 August. The application page will be available soon.
Abstracts will be canceled if the registration payment will not be confirmed by 21 September 2023
